As a Senior Data Analyst, you will drive data analysis and insights, working closely with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and optimize the user experience. You will also be responsible for providing technology consulting services to clients, ensuring that their data and web applications are optimized for performance and efficiency.Responsibilities- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement in our data-driven web applications
- Lead the development and implementation of data analysis and insights to optimize the user experience
- Provide technology consulting services to clients, ensuring that their data and web applications are optimized for performance and efficiency
- Manage and prioritize tasks using Kanban methodologies to ensure timely delivery of projects
- Analyze complex data sets and develop actionable insights to drive business decisions
- Track and report on web analytics data, providing insights and recommendations for improvement
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members to support their professional growthRequirements- 3+ years of experience in Data Analysis, with a focus on data science and insights
- Demonstrated proficiency in technology consulting, providing clients with solutions to optimize their data and web applications
- Strong experience with Kanban methodologies, enabling you to manage and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proven ability to analyze complex data sets and develop actionable insights to drive business decisions
- Experience in web analytics, including data tracking, reporting, and analysis
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to effectively convey insights and recommendations to cross-functional teams and clients
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Fluent spoken and written English at an Upper-Intermediate level or higherNice to have- Experience with A/B testing and experimentation methodologies
- Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI
- Experience with SQL or other database management systems
