As the Marketing Data Analyst, you'll support the global team by analyzing paid and organic campaign performance, uncovering insights to answer complex questions, and optimizing marketing efforts. You'll turn data into clear, actionable stories that guide business decisions and highlight both major and incremental growth opportunities. Your main responsibilities will be:
- Analyze and improve marketing funnel and channel performance.
- Collaborate with the growth team to assess ROI and guide budget decisions.
- Create reports on website behavior and conversions to inform strategy.
- Turn business needs into actionable data insights.
- Build and maintain dashboards and data pipelines, ensuring data accuracy and automation.
- Support ad-hoc analyses and investigate trends or issues as needed.
- Expertise in SQL and Excel is required.
- 3-5 years of experience in an analytics-focused role.
- Experience in extracting data from various sources and creating advanced Excel and Tableau reports.
- Strong attention to detail, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Advanced English level.
- BA/BS degree
- Degree or education in analytics, data, or mathematics
- Experience with data visualization and analysis tools is a plus: Tableau, Databricks, Python (e.g., Jupyter Notebooks, Pandas)
