- Continuously assess competitive landscape, suggesting pricing and promotion mechanics to remain competitive.
- Pressure test strategic indices (price index, promo depth, mix assortment) and make recommendations accordingly.
- Conduct periodic price pack architecture (PPA) diagnostics to identify white space opportunities and recommend adjustments/extensions to unlock profitable revenue growth.
- Monitor LATAM RGM guidelines and support local RGM teams to successfully implement a way of working that allows focusing on priorities to deliver Net Revenue Realization (NRR) and a solid 3-year RGM Pipeline of initiatives.
- Embed an ROI mindset by instilling ROI analytical capabilities and ensuring forums are in place for pre
- and post-promo ROI analysis to course-correct or rationalize promo spend as needed.
- Work as a Project Manager supporting markets on development of RGM/IMM initiatives through the analysis of internal and external data.
- Support Integration of **RGM & IMM initiatives **into business planning processes (Category Strategy, SBP, quarterly financial forecasting).
- Develop and maintain scorecards to track monthly RGM performance, measuring initiatives’ performance and other KPIs such as NRR, Vol/Mix, GM%, MS, and others.
