- Employee Relations:
- Serve as a primary point of contact for employee relations issues, providing guidance and resolutions on complex matters.
- Conduct investigations, facilitate conflict resolution, and ensure fair treatment of all employees.
- Proactively identify trends and recommend solutions to improve employee engagement and morale.
- Manage and execute the end to end hiring-onboarding-exit cycle.
- Performance Management and Development:
- Implement performance management processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, and development planning.
- Provide guidance to managers and employees on performance issues, career development, and training opportunities.
- Drive initiatives to enhance employee performance and productivity.
- Support the engagement survey (AES) process end to end.
- Support the design and follow up of action plans derived from AES results.
- HR Policy and Compliance:
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that comply with legal requirements and align with organisational values and governance.
- Stay updated on employment laws and regulations to ensure compliance and mitigate risks.
- Conduct audits and assessments to monitor adherence to policies and identify areas for improvement.
- Training and Development:
- Identify training needs across the organisation and support the development of training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
- Coordinate and facilitate training sessions on topics such as leadership development, diversity and inclusion, and compliance.
- Evaluate training effectiveness and make recommendations for continuous improvement.
- HR Data Analysis and Reporting:
- Compile and analyse HR metrics to support business decisions and monitor key HR indicators.
- Prepare regular reports on HR activities, such as turnover rates, recruitment metrics, demographics analysis and training effectiveness.
- Use data insights to identify trends, predict future needs, and drive HR strategies.
- Conduct and ensure exit interviews and surveys for data analytics
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Proven experience (5+ years) as an HR Generalist or in a similar role, with a focus on employee relations, data management and performance management.
- In-depth knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make recommendations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer service orientation.
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and discretion.
- SAP, Success Factors or any HRIS certification is a plus.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to translate HR strategies into actionable plans.
- Team-oriented with a collaborative approach to problem-solving.
- Proactive and adaptable in a fast-paced and changing environment.
- Ability to influence and build relationships at all levels of the organisation
