- Strategy Implementation: Collaborate with central teams to harmonize local and global marketing initiatives and localize global campaigns for local relevance.
- Quality Leads Flow Management & Sales Support: Align marketing strategies with sales goals and provide support. Ensure quality lead flow is consistent and growing as per our targets collaborating with the digital team and group management.
- Compliance Management: Adhere to local regulations in marketing practices and stay informed about regulatory changes affecting marketing.
- Strategy Adaptation: Advise and agree how to modify global strategies if needed to suit local contexts, considering cultural and legal factors, and innovate to overcome unique local challenges.
- Performance Reporting: Regularly update HQ on local market performance and opportunities and evaluate the impact of local marketing campaigns.
- Media and PR: Manage media buying and public relations to strengthen brand presence.
- Local Social Media Management: Manage a local social media calendar and production to fit within the global one.
- Influencer Collaboration: Partner with local influencers to extend brand reach.
- Budget Management: Efficiently allocate and manage the local marketing budget.
- Events and Sponsorships: Oversee and manage local events and sponsorships to enhance brand engagement and maximize output.
- Partner Relations: Maintain relationships with local partners and vendors.
- Localization and Local Content: Ensure marketing materials are tailored to the local audience and lead the production of other local content such as TVCs, radio ads, billboards, etc.
- Reputation Management: Raise and manage any issues that may affect our reputation.
- Local surveys: arrange and manage local surveys as needed related to marketing.
