This position is perfect for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and enjoys keeping things organized and running smoothly.What will you do?Make collection calls and send follow-up communications to manage outstanding customer payments.Focus on aged invoice reports and apply established collection strategies effectively.Provide excellent customer service to resolve issues, discrepancies, and open items.Accurately document all activities in a timely manner.Collaboration is key!
You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to:Maintain up-to-date daily and month-end reports on customer payment statuses.Perform account reconciliations and send periodic customer statements.Track and follow up on action items with the Accounts Receivable (AR) team.Escalate disputes or potential write-offs when needed, while ensuring compliance with SGS policies and procedures.Are you a collections expert? $4,431,000 (subject to social security contributions)Performance & Benefits Bonuses:️ Language Bonus:$800,000/month (non-salary, for bilingual skills)Well-being Bonus:$500,000/month (non-salary, focused on wellness and self-care)Performance Bonus:$369,250/month (salary-based, guaranteed for the first 3 months)Sales Commissions:Up to $800,000/month
