- Work with Product Management to define roadmap and key metrics.
- Collaborate with teams to define the right architecture for products.
- Manage projects and drive Agile meetings to ensure delivery excellence.
- Be involved with the development and testing of features.What we are looking for:- Experience in software development (Java or .NET).
- Experience leading teams.
- Coaching and collaboration skills.
- Business-oriented mindset with the ability to provide visibility into metrics and goals.
