Join us as we empower tomorrow’s world at work.About the OpportunityAs the Leasing Associate Manager for the LATAM South region (Colombia, Argentina, Peru & Chile), you will take on a critical leadership role responsible for driving the revenue growth for our 1-9 desk portfolio. This is an opportunity to lead a high-performing team, shape regional sales processes, and directly impact WeWork's success in four key markets.You will manage and mentor a team of 5+ Leasing Managers, empowering them to excel in both new and renewal transactions. This role requires a strategic leader with a passion for developing talent, a deep understanding of sales operations, and the ability to drive results across multiple countries. You will report directly to the LATAM Leasing Associate Manager and be the key driver of sales performance and pipeline integrity for your region.ResponsibilitiesThis leadership role demands a strategic mindset, a commitment to team development, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multi-market environment. Your success will be defined by your leadership in the following key areas:Team Leadership & Performance Management:Lead, mentor, and manage a team of 5+ Leasing Associates across Colombia, Argentina, Peru, and Chile.Set clear individual and team-level sales targets and KPIs, ensuring alignment with broader LATAM business objectives.Conduct regular performance reviews, pipeline meetings, and coaching sessions to foster a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.Be responsible for the hiring, onboarding, and ongoing training of your team members.Champion a collaborative and results-driven team culture, fostering knowledge-sharing and best practices across the region.Sales Strategy & Execution:Take full ownership of the sales results and full sales cycle for the 1-9 person office portfolio across all assigned countries.Develop and execute regional sales strategies to build and manage a healthy pipeline of new members and renewals.Oversee deal structures to optimize revenue and occupancy, providing guidance to your team on complex negotiations.Ensure the timely and effective execution of tours and follow-ups, collaborating with Community teams to provide an exceptional member experience.Pipeline Management & Reporting:Be directly responsible for the team's pipeline hygiene in Salesforce, ensuring all data is accurate, timely, and reflects the true state of the business.Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities, manage risks, and generate actionable insights.Prepare and present regular sales forecasts and performance reports to the LATAM Leasing Associate Director.About YouWe’re looking for a proven sales leader who is passionate about building teams and driving growth. You are a strategic thinker with an execution-oriented mindset.5-8+ years of experience in a client-facing sales role, with a minimum of 2 years in a direct sales management position.Fluency in English is required.Proven track record of successfully leading sales teams to meet and exceed targets.Strong understanding of the full sales cycle, pipeline management, and sales forecasting.Experience working with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) and a data-driven approach to decision-making.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and mentor team members and stakeholders at all levels.A solutions-oriented mindset and entrepreneurial drive—resilient, self-motivated, and adaptable.Experience managing teams across multiple countries is a strong plus.Familiarity with the commercial real estate sector is preferred.Life at WeWorkBeing a WeWorker is more than just a job.
