As a Service Operations Intern, you'll enjoy rotation opportunities across various functions, gaining comprehensive exposure to Nokia's business operations and enhancement of project management practices. - Support revenue tracking initiatives for market units, ensuring accurate reporting and analysis of financial performance.
- Create engaging presentations that highlight team performance, streamlining processes to enhance the global team's effectiveness.
- Develop dashboards and reports that prioritize clarity and insight, helping to save time and improve decision-making.
- Collaborate with Business Operations Managers to maintain accurate project documentation and provide timely status updates.
- Assist in identifying potential upsides to improve business outcomes and enhance the accuracy of forecast-building efforts.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge of Power BI and Excel.
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills.
- Experience with data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Excel, PowerBI).
- Familiarity with AI tools.
