We are currently looking for a Power BI Developer with Finance/FP&A; orientation.Location: Remote - Colombia
Contract Type: Contractor (freelance model)
Duration: At least 6 months (likely longer)
Start Date: Immediate
Availability: Part-time to start, with the potential to move to full-time depending on project needs
Advanced English required (B2 or higher)Responsibilities- Lead the design and development of dashboards using Power BI, with a strong focus on financial data and FP&A; (Financial Planning & Analysis).
- Work directly with business stakeholders to understand KPIs, financial models, and reporting requirements.
- Translate business needs into effective and visually compelling dashboards that support decision-making.
- Collaborate in an agile and fast-paced environment with a quick feedback loop and strong delivery focus.
- Have the opportunity to transition to full-time as project demand grows.What you’ll bring- 3+ years of experience building Power BI dashboards, ideally for financial planning or business performance monitoring.
- Strong understanding of finance/FP&A; concepts, KPIs, and forecasting models.
- Intermediate to advanced English proficiency (essential for communication with global stakeholders).
- Ability to work independently and deliver results in a short timeframe.
- Proactive mindset and ownership of deliverables.Nice to have- Previous experience working with finance departments.
- Experience in consulting or client-facing roles.
- Familiarity with financial modeling in Excel and integrating those models into Power BI.
- Experience working in regulated industries (e.g., pharma, clinical operations, compliance) is a strong plus.
- Basic understanding of Regulatory Affairs or Clinical Operations processes could be beneficial.
