- Business Develop Manager for a segment is responsible for generate demand in the accounts (CTA and Proximity) and diffused market, including those accounts (End Users) that doesn’t still have a Sales Account Executive
- Develop relationship, influence and opportunities with Stakeholders selected, strategic for the segment.
- Will work with the Buildings Segments: Hotel; Retail, Real Estate - saturating with all SE portfolio starting with Digital Building
- Develop relationship and generate business with key stakeholders for this segment: Facilities Managers. Real Estate investors and HVAC contractors
- The Demand Generation comes in a technical way, analyzing the business problem of a customer and define a way the SE solution can help and bring new value to it
- Assist the Sales Account Executives in sales discussions, presentations, demonstrations and proofs of concept. Answer technical questions and help the customer to build a plan for a solution deployment and effective utilization.
- Follow-up from the opportunities generated to increase the success/win rate Work with a platforming of projects/opportunity’s that can generate OI and pipeline (full basket)
- Customize presentations, architectures, trainings
- Pilots' implementations
- Pipeline in the BFO (Demand Generation); Opps Won
- List of tasks updated from each project/opportunity
- Calendar with stakeholders' visits/contacts/meetings
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Electrical, Electronic, Systems, or related fields).
- Minimum of 5 years of specific experience as a BDM
- Advanced English
- Knowledge of building automation and digital building energy portfolio
- Knowledge in segments such as Retail, Real Estate, hotel
- Knowledge in automation softwares: EBO/ Tridium/ Metasys
- CRM tools
- Sales & negociation skills (consultative sales)
