We are looking for a strong **PP-PI/MM** consultant in AMS environment:- Pharma experience / FDA-regulated industry
- Significant** Make to Order** process experience (from Sales Order management to several levels of Make to Order process order)
- Experience working with other SAP domains:- Interaction with QM
- Good understanding of planning processes
- Experience working with boundary systems (MES, LIMS,)**Roles and Responsibilities**
- Provide support on SAP PP/PI- QM.
- Document the knowledge acquired to be shared with the rest of the team.
- Solve tickets in SAP PP/PI- QM area against SLA.
- Run production issue calls & get to a resolution including but not limited to Troubleshooting complex production issues.
- Proactively find & implement improvement opportunities.
- Should work on Incidents / Service Requests / Problem Management / Minor Enhancements based on business needs.
- Work collaboratively with teams located in different locations worldwide and deliver the project needs.
- Follow AMS processes and adhere to SLAs.
- Prepare/Present status reports as needed.
- Participate in Weekly Operational Meeting calls with business stakeholders for the respective module.**Skills & Experience Required**
- Minimum five years of SAP experience in PP/PI-QM
- GxP requirements experience.
- SAP PP/PI- QM with Make-to-Order experience.
- Excellent understanding of integration touchpoints between modules like PP/PI-QM
- Excellent understanding of interface integration, like MES and LIMS
- Knowledge of other SAP functional areas - Logistics will be an added advantage.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- **Must have excellent communication to face business users and lead workshops.**:- Demonstrate excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills; both oral and written are necessary.
- **Ability to travel to the USA**:- **Advanced English****Desirable Qualifications**:- Pharma experience (FDA-regulated industry) is a plus.
