As our newest Remote Call Center Rep (must be fluent in English), you will be outbound dialing, Motor Carriers across the United States who are looking to fill CDLA Driver positions.****Trucker Recruiters places hundreds of drivers with CDLA positions every month, and works with thousands of Motor Carriers. The company is currently working to go national and entry level positions will filter into potential management roles quickly as they scale. Trucker Recruiters provides full paid training, experience is preferred but not required.****The Opportunity**:- Work from HOME! Independent contractor.**:- Paid training 5-day training course: $100USD (paid to you via direct deposit after the completion of your training course).**
**-Income potential averages $1,200 USD after a 3 month training and onboarding cycle: talk time, transfer, and closed deal (hired driver) bonus.**:- Weekly pay cycle**:- Upward mobility**:- Leads, data, and CRM all provided.**
**Responsibilities:- full time required for training to account executive ( 3 month paid program)**
**-150-250 cold calls per day to Motor Carriers within the US (we provide all leads)**:- Set appointments after qualifying, collecting motor carrier information, setting up user signup and closing calls.**:- Attend all morning meets and trainings****Experience**:- Must have 1+ year (s) of Inside sales and or call center experience**
**Must Have**:- Laptop or Desktop, Reliable internet connection, computer headset.**:- Fluent in English**
