We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Data Analyst to join our team and contribute to the development and optimization of our data-driven web applications. As a Senior Data Analyst, you will play a critical role in driving data analysis and insights, working closely with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and optimize the user experience. You will also be responsible for providing technology consulting services to clients, ensuring that their data and web applications are optimized for performance and efficiency.ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement in our data-driven web applicationsLead the development and implementation of data analysis and insights to optimize the user experienceProvide technology consulting services to clients, ensuring that their data and web applications are optimized for performance and efficiencyManage and prioritize tasks using Kanban methodologies to ensure timely delivery of projectsAnalyze complex data sets and develop actionable insights to drive business decisionsTrack and report on web analytics data, providing insights and recommendations for improvementProvide guidance and mentorship to junior team members to support their professional growthRequirements3+ years of experience in Data Analysis, with a focus on data science and insightsDemonstrated proficiency in technology consulting, providing clients with solutions to optimize their data and web applicationsStrong experience with Kanban methodologies, enabling you to manage and prioritize tasks effectivelyProven ability to analyze complex data sets and develop actionable insights to drive business decisionsExperience in web analytics, including data tracking, reporting, and analysisExcellent communication skills and the ability to effectively convey insights and recommendations to cross-functional teams and clientsStrong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneouslyFluent spoken and written English at an Upper-Intermediate level or higherNice to haveExperience with A/B testing and experimentation methodologiesExperience with data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BIExperience with SQL or other database management systemsExperience with machine learning or artificial intelligenceWe offer/Benefits
