- Demonstrate outstanding listening skills while exhibiting excellent customer service, patience, and empathy to promote the company reputation of integrity.
- Answer incoming phone inquiries from clients, claimants and medical providers about claims information.
- Forward calls as needed to Resolution Managers and claims staff.
- Prevent and defuse situations through research, customer education and exploring alternative solutions to ensure a successful resolution.
- Advanced English level (Advanced B2 minimum required).
- Strong typing skills and basic computer knowledge.
- Availability to handle calls and work on claims-related issues.
- 1 year of previous experience in contact center or customer support roles.
- Training will be delivered On Site / Operations will be handled in a Hybrid model
