Hybrid**What you will do**Kenvue’s Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system landscape is undergoing a significant change as it integrates and modernizes its systems. The implementation of an SAP S4/Hana system will serve as the central ERP for Kenvue’s supply chain and finance.This Manager, OneS4 Training Lead role will be a key team member for our global deployment that drives analysis, planning, and execution tasks for training and the overall change management program throughout our deployments. The Training Lead is responsible for consulting with stakeholders to identify training needs, implementing effective training solutions, and supervising personnel to ensure successful training programs:
**Key Responsibilities**
- Assess training needs base on the specifics of the end user organizations and technology and process changes
- Design and implement innovative training programs to ensure end user readiness at go-live of every release
- Plan and manager creation of engaging learning materials and resources to support training initiatives
- Utilize technology and multimedia tools to deliver interactive and impactful training sessions
- Evaluate training effectiveness and make continuous improvements to optimize learning outcomes
- Develop and implement quality training programs that support end user readiness
- Keep abreast of training and development research, new materials, methods, and techniques
- Collaborate with related initiatives and programs to deliver integrated training curriculum to shared impacted teams
- Review and approve recommendations for training programs
- Implement measurement methods for evaluating training effectiveness
- Suggest and implement improvements to training events, programs, and materials
- Manage delivery of effective training and development strategiesWhat we are looking for
**Required Qualifications**
- Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in training, change management, or related field
- University/Bachelors Degree or Equivalent in Education, Human Resources, or related field
- Experience with ERP or IT system deployments and change management
- Able to thrive and adapt quickly to a fast-paced and complex project environment
- Proficient in English, both verbal and written
- Comfortable with Excel analysis, building eLearning content, and Kenvue learning management systems (LMS) such as Learning at Kenvue and Compliance Wire**Desired Qualifications**
- Demonstrated ability to think creatively and strategically in designing training programs
- Strong communication and presentation skills with a flair for engaging audiences
- Proven track record of successfully managing training initiatives and driving organizational learning
- Ability to work in cross-functional teams and across a matrix organization
- Detail-oriented with the ability to develop and meet deadlines
