- Make 100+ outbound calls daily to prospects
- Qualify inbound and outbound leads and book meetings for Account Executives
- Keep CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) clean and up-to-date
- Partner with marketing to align messaging and improve conversionRequirements- 1+ year of SDR or lead generation experience in SaaS or tech sectors such as MarTech, EdTech, FinTech, HRTech, or SalesTech
- Proven track record in B2B prospecting and outreach
- Comfortable handling 100+ outbound calls per day
- Fluent in English; additional languages such as Spanish or Portuguese are a plus, but not required
- Familiarity with CRM tools and outreach platforms
- Reliable laptop, professional home office setup, and stable high-speed internet
