We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Payouts coordinator from Colombia in managing Affiliate Payments & Compliance to support the accurate and timely facilitation of payments to our creators, studios, and affiliate partners. This role ensures smooth financial operations, verifies compliance documentation, and safeguards against fraud while providing exceptional support to both internal teams and external partners.About us:

● Manage accounts payable requests through a ticketing system (banking updates, tax docs, payout
confirmations, invoices);
● Review account signups and documentation (KYC/AML, W9s, bank/utility statements);
● Audit accounts regularly to ensure proper KYB/KYC;
● Monitor accounts for fraudulent or compromising trends and compliance;
● Support payout batch reviews, payment resends, and special payment requests;
● Collaborate with Accounting, Creator Relations, and Marketing on payments, promotions, and
compliance needs.Requirements:
● 1–3 years in accounts payable, payments, compliance or related role.
● Knowledge of KYC/AML and tax documentation.
● Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
● Clear communicator with cross-team collaboration skills.
● Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
● Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
● Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.We offer:
