The company values cultural diversity and is committed to serving both English and Spanish-speaking communities with exceptional care and service.Responsibilities- Create engaging, bilingual social media content for Facebook, Instagram, and other platforms- Develop and execute specialized marketing campaigns (including aesthetic treatment promotions)- Convert social media leads into booked appointments through strategic follow-up- Design eye-catching graphics, flyers, and visual marketing materials- Manage social media calendars and schedule content for optimal engagement- Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries in both English and Spanish- Write compelling blog posts to support content marketing initiatives- Coordinate appointment scheduling and booking processes- Provide administrative support including email management- Support special projects and promotional events to drive business growthRequirementsRequirements- Native or fluent proficiency in both English and Spanish (written and spoken)- Proven experience in social media marketing and content creation (PORTFOLIO IS A MUST)- Knowledge of Facebook advertising and lead generation strategies- Graphic design skills and experience with visual content creation- Strong communication skills for professional client interactions- Experience with appointment scheduling systems and customer service- Administrative and organizational abilities- Healthcare or service industry experience preferred- Self-motivated with ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities- Passion for helping small businesses grow and succeedRequirements
