**Web and Social Media Specialist****Compensation**:Starting $ 450 / Month Base**Employment / Work Type**:Remote / Full-Time / Contract**Work Hours**:9:00 AM to 6:00 PM EST / Monday to FridayWe are looking for a motivated Digital Artist, Business Development, Web Designer and Social Media Coordinator to join our growing company.The main responsibilities are designing the overall layout and aesthetic for websites, creating, and updating social media posting schedules. We primarily serve the Insurance industry and have businesses serving vendors and consumers alike performing estimating, inspections and adjusting.**Job Duties and Responsibilities**

- Producing content to be posted online.
- Increasing traffic and appealing to target audiences.
- Measuring key performance indicators.
- Conceptualizing creative ideas with clients.
- Testing and improving the design of the website.
- Establishing design guidelines, standards, and best practices.
- Maintaining the appearance of websites by enforcing content standards.
**Job Requirements*
- A relevant diploma/experience in a related field.
- Proficiency in graphic design software including Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Wordpress, ClickFunnels other visual design tools.
- Proficiency in front-end development web programming languages such as HTML and CSS, JQuery, and JavaScript.
- Good understanding of content management systems.
- Good understanding of search engine optimization principles.
- Excellent visual design skills.
- Up-to-date experience with international web protocols, standards, and technologies.
- Creative and open to new ideas.
- Adaptable and willing to learn new techniques.
- Excellent communication skills.
**Technical Requirements for WFH Requirements**:

- Own desktop PC or Laptop (Specification: At least 16 GB / OS Windows 10)
- Strong wired internet connection (At least 10Mbps +)
- Quiet, private workspace
- Smart phone
- Must have a backup plan in case of a power outage and internet interruption
