Quantic is a cloud-based point of sale solutions company based in King of Prussia, PA (USA). We are looking for a full-time contract **Onboarding Coordinator** who can communicate with customers and troubleshoot POS issues, including basic network connectivity problems.Additional responsibilities for the position include:- Resolving tickets according to the Service Level Agreement (SLA)
- Menu Building/ Programming
- POS scheduling
- Communicating with customers
- Understanding POS reporting
- Remote POS installations
- Hardware setup and shipping
- Technical documentation**Job Type**: Full-time**Required**:REQUIRED** B2 English or higher.**Salary**: See table (Negotiable)**Schedule**:- 8-hour shift (with 1 hour for lunch, totaling 9 hours)
- Day shift**Education**:- University/Technical degree (preferred)
- Customer Service/Technical Support Courses (preferred)**Experience**:- Technical support/Installations: 2 years
