- Performs general administrative duties to support day-to-day department operations including scheduling of meetings, travel arrangements, expense reporting, calendar management, taking and distributing meeting minutes, copying, screening mail, ordering supplies, and maintaining department records.
- Prepare communications, reports, presentations, or other assigned documentation
- Ensure all meeting and technology support is appropriately coordinated for meetings and events
- Serve as administrative liaison with others within and outside the company
- May research special topics and/or work on project-based initiatives as applicable
- Education: High School education. College degree a plus.
- Experience: Executive administrative experience in a corporate environment interfacing with senior and executive level management
- Skills/ Abilities:
o Keen sense of urgency with a results-driven orientation and proactive mindset
o Excellent relationship management skills with the ability to influence and persuade, to work collaboratively across functions, and to interact effectively with stakeholders
o Ability to prioritize and discern what is truly important
o Ability to think outside the box and solve problems creatively
o Strong computer/ technology skills, including the ability to learn and manage internal systems
o Strong written & verbal communication skills
o Proficiency in MS office products (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook); Oracle required
o Accuracy and attention to detail with the ability to multi-task
o Ability to function in a fast-paced environment and work well under pressure
o Understanding of Mastercard’s operational and organizational infrastructure is advantageous
